Not just sad. I *hate* rapists. Did a project on rape and kept throwing my materials about the room every five minutes in a fit because of the insensitive idiots the judiciary seems to be comprised of.
Rape is hardly ever punished in this country. 0.8% conviction rate. Sigh.
